Lori Si is a motivated, Toronto-based production designer with a passion for bringing to life meaningful BIPOC and 2SLGBTQIA+ stories. She has 4 years of experience in designing and dressing film sets to communicate mood, story, and character background. Lori has experience as a head-of-department in long format projects (web series), short films, and music videos. She is able to work with traditional and digital mediums to convey concepts and design. 
Both of her thesis film projects, that she production designed, have garnered considerable success. Adore (2022) premiered at the 2022 Vancouver International Film Festival and won Best Canadian Short at the 2023 Inside Out Toronto 2SLGBTQ+ Film Festival. It won against eight other Canadian shorts in Season 16 of CBC's Short Film Face Off. Tenth Generation (2022) won Best Short Narrative at the 2022 Forest City Film Festival.
Recently, she won Best Production Design at the 2023 Tampa Bay
Underground Film Festival for her work on #Bossbabe. She was nominated for Best Production Design at the 2024 Hollywood North Awards for her work on Unibrow and Best Production Design at the 2023 T.O. Webfest for her work on The Drop - Season 1, which is streaming on Narcity. She has also entered the Director's Guild of Canada as a Trainee Assistant Art Director. 
 Lori is a recipient of the Norman Jewison Filmmaker Award for Best Film Production and the Universal Studios Canada Scholarship in Filmmaking.
